25.01.2022 Back at the Gym. My gym was in full swing this morning. Only COVID rule left: Keep 1 . 5 m away from each other. It got me thinking about why going to the gym is part of my weekly health and fitness routine. Ive been consistent with this for the past 24 years. I do it for a number of reasons. 1. Keeps me fit, so Im able to do my daily work with ease... 2. It keeps my body toned so if I ever call on it to do something like lift garden rocks , logs or even a patient who is in pain, I can 3. It supports my body to detox flushing out toxins helping me move towards 100% health. 4. It keeps me fit so I can continue to be a patrolling surf life saver 5. It keeps me fit enough to do 2 to 3 k ocean swims Find the exercise that works for you. Be patient with your body. I stated 24 years ago with chronic fatigue and inflammation only being able to exercise for 5 min. Your body needs to be exercised. If youre using exercise to manage stress, this never ends well. 12.01.2022 We found Dr Keith after our Rottweiler ruby was suddenly unable to walk or even hold her own weight. After spending a fortune at the vets and them having no answers for us Dr Keith came to our home and the work he did on ruby was amazing. He explained that her neck and back were out as well as ligament damage which was why she couldnt walk. Dr Keith was very caring and we could tell ruby new he was helping her. It was a slow process but after just one visit she improved dra...matically and has now made a full recovery - Dr Keith also gave us advice on supplements that would supported her healing. If pain is felt this indicates the beginning of inflammation. Fix the inflammation dont decrease the joint movement you accept from your body in order to stay pain free. .

07.01.2022 This is interesting. Not a scientific experiment but something to think about. The effect of EMFS/ WiFi on crystals My wife put these 3 larger quartz points wrapped in copper wire in a bowl along with some smaller clear quartz points and chunks and sat it next to the wifi router at home. A month or so later some of the clear quartz now have dirty black/grey marks on them. It doesnt scrub off and its like its imbedded into the crystal. Clear sparkling crystals have now turned a dirty grey. I wear a quartz point wrapped in copper to help negate the effect of EMF on my body. There is both a cloud of negativity and positivity that hang above us. When we have a negative or unhelpful thought we are connecting to the negative cloud. The thing to do is ask yourself-Is this thought who I truly believe I am? or Will this thought help my situation?... If not, send it from your mind immediately and then connect to the positive or spiritual cloud that is right above it. Positive helpful thoughts will then flood your consciousness and you will know this is who you truly are . Youll intuitively know this will work better. You are the master of your mind. Your mind isnt your master. You arent responsible for every thought that pops into your mind but you are responsible if you let it linger or act on it. See more

01.01.2022 An at home gym. This morning for the first time in 25 years I couldnt go to the gym. This triggered some give up, why bother and a bit of depression. Id been thrown out of my happy routine. Realising this was my stuff I did a little self clearing (see my previous video for how to do this). It wasnt long before my accepting, positive, nothing is going to stop me self returned. I then went on YouTube and downloaded all the exercises I needed without weights for doing at home . Thanks to Youtube trainers. You guys are awesome. So, no one has an excuse for not creating a gym at home
