23.01.2022 'Sands of Time' The Coorong is a unique place full of amazing landscapes and resilient wildlife. This old fence has stood the test of time, battered by the constant wind and salty air.

22.01.2022 'Homestead Rain' - Panoramic This is the finished 15 image panorama from the scene i shared this morning. I'd always planned on catching this as a wide pano, the scale of the hills and the rain sweeping across the landscape towards the homestead looked amazing. I think a bit more cloud would have helped the image, definately best viewed on a large screen! P.s: There are three sheep grazing together in this image which i didn't notice until zooming in a bit closer, let me know if you find them!
21.01.2022 We live in an age where people are only too happy to rubbish an organisation when they receive sub-standard service but rarely mention a company when they go over and above. Well, I'm going to give a shout out to Tom and the team at Twin City Camera House on Grenfell Street in the CBD. I buy all of my equipment from them, some new and some high quality second hand.... Recently one of my lenses filled up with sand and dust after very little use. It wasn't a cheap lens by any means. The team at Twin City arranged for it to be repaired without any hesitation and really looked after me throughout the process. It's easy to buy stuff online these days, but when it comes to camera's please consider these guys for your next purchase. The sales, and more importantly after-sales experience is first class from a team who know their stuff and look after their customers. https://www.facebook.com/TWINCITYCAMERAHOUSE/
21.01.2022 'Lofty Expectations' Took a quick dash up to Mount Lofty Botanic Gardens hoping to see some colour starting to break out. Although there were small patches starting to show through, a good number of tree's are still bare. The leaves scattered over the moss covered ground reminding everyone its still winter!
21.01.2022 'Rolling in the Deep' The rolling cliffs meet the deep blue at Sellicks Beach. Our Southern coastline is rugged and beautiful. 7 image panorama shot with Canon 7D & Canon 70-200 f4.

14.01.2022 'Mothership' I've been meaning to photograph this building for some time now. Although conditions weren't what i was hoping for, a thin mist gave it a nice glow. The docks at night are an eerie place, screeching fox calls and hill billies blasting home made gas pipe guns keep things interesting!

07.01.2022 'Walk on Water' Today is world photography day! Birds are still my favourite subject to capture. The opportunity to sit and watch the world unfold around me trying to capture these majestic creatures in the moment is the best. For me photography isn't about who's got the best gear, the most likes or the biggest ego. Its about connecting with the world around me, relaxing and meeting genuine people taking shots that i enjoy capturing & learning new skills.... When i head out with camera in hand it can feel like its just me and the world, getting out and seeing the world does wonders for my well-being.
