18.01.2022 The PUMP!!!!. I got asked today what my favourite pre workout supplements are to get a better PUMP. My answer was FOOD.... Eating a clear diet, a diet that won't clog you up, a diet rich in foods with high life force!!! Quality protein, good fats, carbs, vegetables, nuts, fruits,herbs and clean water all contribute to a clear diet to increase our circulation. A sound circulatory/vascular system enhanced by a good diet will give you the pump of your life. Not an artificial pre workout in which overtime will exhaust your adrenal glands. One of the best pre workout aids I use is beetroot juice/extracts 30 mins before I train. Give it a go. .

08.01.2022 Nice gentle front crawl to slowly bring down my heart rate after full body 2 today. My main lift was a rack pull below the knee to train the posterior chain and bullet proof my lower back in preparation to go into the deadlift from the floor in 6 weeks. .

07.01.2022 BUILD A BULLET PROOF BACK. Standing good morning - medium stance - safety bar. A variation which will place an enormous stretch on the hamstrings due to the long eccentric contraction. Good news if strengthening the hamstrings to support the lower back is one of your main targets.... A healthy, bullet proof lower back will carry over into a large range of other bang for your buck exercises like the deadlift and overhead press and a healthy lower back is vital for longevity in the weight room. .
