Due to the unprecedented influenza demand throughout Australia there has been a current delay with our influenza vaccines this year. . Nevertheless we are expecting them to arrive in the next week or two, so rest assured as soon as we receive them we will call everyone on our reservations & bookings list!... . 22.01.2022 Wearing a face mask provides an additional physical barrier, and helps to slow the spread of COVID-19. . How to put a mask on: 1 Wash and dry (or sanitis...e) your hands. 2 Take your clean, unused mask by the ear loops or strings. 3 Put them over your ears or tie them behind your head. 4 Make sure your mask is completely covering your nose, mouth and chin. . Don’t touch or adjust the front of your mask while wearing it it’s the part that’s protecting you from COVID-19. If you do touch it by accident, wash or sanitise your hands right away. . How to take a mask off: 1 Wash and dry (or sanitise) your hands. 2 Do not touch the front of your mask while removing it. Use only the ear loops or strings. 3 Store cloth face masks in a plastic bag until you have an opportunity to wash them. When disposing single-use surgical face masks, place in a bag or lined bin. 18.01.2022 Important message about Covid-19 and temporary changes in our Pharmacy. . Hi everyone, first and foremost apologies for the late live video recording. . At Keith Pharmacy, the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff and patients are of utmost importance to us.... . We understand that the spread of COVID-19 is currently at the forefront of everyones mind. . To protect our staff and customers, what we are temporarily requesting is that if you are feeling unwell with any of the following symptoms: - Fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breathe . Is to call us in advance on 8755 1259 and we will work together to ensure that you are able to access the products and medications that you need. . We will also be taking additional measures in our store such as: Offering hand sanitiser to use in-store (hopefully this becomes available soon!) For now we will temporarily suspend the requirements of signing prescriptions You may be offered a mask if you're coughing (**we're very limited, so if you could call us in advance and we'll come to you outside that will help us a lot**) We will regularly sanitise and have cleaning measures on a more frequent basis . And if you have travelled in the last fortnight (14 days), or have been in contact with people with suspected coronavirus infection, we request that you follow all the released material by SA Health & the ongoing updated materials released by our Australian Government Department of Health on the COVID-19 virus. .
