25.01.2022 Okay so today was a long one and I would be lying if I said there wasnt a few ... Are we there yet moments but that was because all my meetings went well and longer than planned .. So the treck to Townsville was delayed... One hour down and Im thinking ghees where is everyone the roads are clear today..hmmm Im getting so bored so I decide to play with siri to keep me focased it always starts with..tell me a joke siri but his dad joked are getting pretty bad so I thoug...ht I would challenge his replies ... Im sure he has been waiting for this moment cause he had some real crackers of replies on my Obscure questions until i asked....Siri whats your favorite color ...it was game on ...he really learns quickly so I thought hmmm lets just throw this at you .... siri whats your favorite color.. 23.01.2022 So I have finally reached my last stop for the first leg of my journey and Im sooo thankful that its at my second home where I walk in the door and re has got the music cranking and bazza has the wine poured so much so the reanne has made sure anyone that stays there is aware that they are staying in kazzas room (its pretty obvious with my golf clubs and our favorite photo of our girls weekend ) .... So this weeks tally sees me 2133km under my belt and nearly 35 hours of driving time and 15 meetings done .... Have an awesome weekend guys I know I will

22.01.2022 Yes I have survived another day on the road and yes its been another epic one ... I had my last meeting with distributors and what a way to finish with the family owned business of rybenleigh distributors at charters towers and I got to combine it with the lovely lynsey from priestlys ..which my beautiful friend Jan from Priestleys on the Gold Coast arranged ( BTW there is a delivery charge for bringing your jackets to you ... ) ... and then I started my end user work.. and lets just say we have a lot of Keiths customers that just love our products and also love the fact that we are I proudly family owned and Queensland made .. and now Im chilling on my balcony at horseshoe Bay getting ready for my treck inland.. the next couple of days are Gunna be tough ..we are heading into roo country

19.01.2022 Day 2 done and what a day starting with a beautiful sunrise the trek to Bundy was nomad free I was way too early for them they were still having their cuppa tea in their camp grounds 3 meetings in Bundy and then off to Gladstone for another meeting ..yep that was the end of my good run , I got ALL the red lights at every roadworks one that really confused me cause they had a roped off Pup area but not one puppy to be seen .... and yes there was a kazza and siri m...oment today ... I was on the phone (on Bluetooth ) and because I had the volume down i Clearly missed the memo to turn right get off the phone and siri pops up ....proceed to the route... what you mean proceed to the route so I keep going And again he says..proceed to the route... hmmm I have fallen for this before siri and then next minute you re route So I keep going .. by the time I yielded and did the uturn it was 8.6km to the turn left ...oops that would be the one that I saw everyone else turned at and I was the only one that kept going ...so its siri 1 kazza none and so ends another day on the road with kazza ..its balcony time from my room at Yepoon See more

13.01.2022 So we are at the halfway point of my road trip and I have had and amazing weekend with my beautiful friend reanne... we headed upto port Douglas and stayed at a beautiful resort and then played golf today ... I finally got to see my first croc In the wild on the golf course I was sooo excited I did a facebook live post so here I am standing on the edge of the water on the other Side of the river thinking reanne was on croc watch for me but apparently not she was in the Golf cart taking a photo of me and the croc so now we are chilling to some music and waiting for everyone to arrive for my farewell bbq before I head on my 5 day treck home again

10.01.2022 What a crazy day on the road today...I did say it wasnt for the faint hearted and this was my hardest day...... the weather wasnt kind so it made it very challenging and going into mining country my red shoes really stood out and I would be lying if there wasnt a tap my heels and there is no place like home moment but in saying that our whole world is very changing so all I can say is be grateful and look inside your own backyard... Keiths is very much local and family owned ..and I am grateful for that..and Im also just praying it wont rain tomorrow and no I dont have my balcony view but I do have a spa bath

09.01.2022 Okay kiddies we are on the home stretch now and only 2 more days to go so today was another roller-coaster the day started really well with a great meeting with Justin at emerald and then a cloudy but no rain till dingo . . I even brought out the big girls Today because lets face it if Im Gunna turn heads with my red shoes Im Gunna do it in style . And yes there were crazy moments with road train cowboys and end user work... but my moment of the day was when I nearly got an eagle which if I was on the golf course I would have been going YESbut not so much when your in a car doing 100km

07.01.2022 At Keiths we get queries everyday asking where they can buy our products...but today was something special..we got a message from a beautiful soul named leanne that asked where she could get our mini dogwood dogs from because her son who has autism doesnt eat anything else and she could not get it through her local grocery store....when the office sent me the email it struck a heart string straight away so I rang leanne to find out her situation.... I asked one of our di...stributors if I could come get a carton so I could deliver it to her ...and Im so privileged to have met leanne and her mum.... when I dropped it off and she told me how her boy stopped eating 2 years ago and it has taken her 12 months to find something that he will eat ... all I can say is there was not a dry eye in the house and they were so grateful and surprised to see me and I was so humble and proud to be able to make their day See more

06.01.2022 And so ends another epic day on the road 4 more meetings down and now the treck back to the coast with my freezer full of samples to do end user work on the way home and with all of our issues with getting the raw material for our products because of these harsh times ...these samples are like gold so when I get to my room at Townsville I have a blonde moment because I forgot that my room only has a bar fridge and by the time I got there asking a distributor to store them over night was not an option ... lucky Im a good talker so thanks to the watermark next door my samples are all good .... and so ends another day of on the road with kazza never a dull moment

06.01.2022 So 3 days in and another 4 down and over 1300km from home ... well last night was interesting I can now tick off my bucket list that I have been to a Chinese smorgasbord drive through and today started with another amazing sunrise, the meetings were welcoming and very positive for exciting new ways to build business which I cant wait to get into and even the start of the long haul to Mackay was going smoothly...no roadworks to be had and no nomads to be seen hmm until ........ yep an hour and a half in and I strike a road train 2 nomads and a hay truck and yep I was behind the hay tryck 30km later we all pull into the roadhouse and I had to get a picture cause the amount of straw that was hitting my windscreen I could made myself a scarecrow ... I think the guy (whos name is Matt by the way) is still pondering on why I wanted him to let me take a pic of him and his hay truck so here I am at the beautiful dolphin resort and about to be picked up to have dinner with my home girl Jess and her family signing out for now cheers See more

03.01.2022 So my work is done and Im only just over 200km from home today saw me finish up my last meeting for the trip and sunshine all the way to bundy (it must of been because I got new windscreen wipers ) And yes it would not be a day on the road without a kazza moment and I have been waiting for this one for the whole trip .... so for the last 2 weeks I have been playing the overtaking lane grandprix ....you all know the one ... either you have the cowboy trucker behind the... nomad at the start of the race and you know he aint letting you go first and he takes the whole pit straight to over take ....and then you have the old mate thats on Sunday cruise mode until he sees the overtaking lane 300m ahead and he goes into Scotty McLaughlin mode so unless your prepared to do warp speed you aint getting past him either .... well not today sunny Jim because I finally have pole position behind the nomad and then I have old mate around 70m behind me and the cowboy truckie behind him .... okay so I see the 300m overtaking lane ahead and I take a quick glimpse behind and im hoping he does his thing and he didnt disappoint so when we get to the start line he is only around 10m behind with his indicator at the ready so its game on ...I put my indicator on a i steadily take the lead with old mate behind and with only enough time for him to take over the nomad aswell yes kazza takes the flag and you guessed it the cowboy trucker finally came in last So Im back to my ocean view and relaxing to the sound of the ocean and preparing for my final day have an awesome night See more
