24.01.2022 Do you need your roof lining replaced? We can help you! Here are some answers to some frequently asked questions: Why is my roof lining coming off?... Generally after around 10 years or so the stock roof lining will start to fall down, this is because the foam backing has deteriorated after years in the heat. It will usually start by peeling away from the front or rear windscreen and make its way towards the middle of the roof. What’s involved in replacing the roof lining? We remove the roof lining panel from the vehicle, remove the fabric and clean all the foam and glue off the board, then we fit a new lining to the panel. When we fit the new lining we wrap it over all the edges of the panel so it can’t peel away again. We then fit the panel back in your vehicle. How long does it take? Depending on the make and model of your vehicle it can take anywhere from a couple of hours to a full day. How much does it cost? Prices range from make and model of each vehicle; ute’s start from $220.00, sedans start from $300.00. Please contact us and we can give you a quote for your specific vehicle.
