I think we can all agree this year has been as Les brown, the amazing motivational speaker would call character building which is another way of saying brought us to our knees. We have had to learn kindness, patience, and a capacity of strength to see us through some harsh truths that most of us didn’t know existed. We had to learn how to create abundance when we felt like ...life had been ripped out from under us. But here we are, we made it, to yet another day. But this one is a bit different because we are as a collective asking are you okay?. Celebrating the fact that we are living in a time where we are normalising speaking out and being vocal and telling a friend, family or a neighbour if your not okay and having a safe place express yourself. Please remember to be kind to yourself, to try and find joy in any place you can catch it and as much as you can create a place of calm through meditation, reading or even picking up the phone and having a conversation with a friend.
