13.01.2022 So after we Sold Out today, this happened... Resident St Bernards chef, Alby, came to me early this morning and asked for a few Calamari to cook up for lunch. In a typical Mediterranean setting, he made it very simple by using only flour as to not ruin the flavour of the sea when cooking it up and with some fresh tomato, onion, cucumber and Feta cheese from St Bernards fresh produce, this is the outcome. Fresh South Aussie CALAMARI served with Greek Salad, it doesnt get any better than this
