22.01.2022 *** Changes to witnessing requirements *** in NSW, the Electronic Transactions Amendment (COVID-19 Witnessing of Documents) Regulation 2020 has been introduced to help facilitate the signing of documents. This is a welcome change, especially for members of our community who are vulnerable and safer at home.... This means that if you need to update your Will or Powers of Attorney, Trust Deed, amongst other documents, we can now facilitate the following methods of signing: - We can send you your documents with guidelines on how to sign at home. - We can witness you signing your documents via audio-visual link, such as Skype, Zoom, or Facetime. - If you cannot do either of the above, we can see you at our office by appointment only, abiding by the square metre and social distancing rules. Call our office on 02 6021 2844 to book an appointment.
