25.01.2022 A question that has so many different answers... We believe, it really comes down to two factors: What is sustainable for you or your business? How interesting & valuable does your audience find your content?... If you can consistently provide awesome content and it takes very little time, there's no reason why you can't be posting everyday. But the reality is, unless your @jerryoftheday or @houseofhighlights that's probably not the case. Our Keller guide is to stay consistent and play the long game. Start by aiming for 2-3 good quality posts per week and if that's manageable and getting good feedback, you can decide if you want to build up from there. Don't go all out and post everyday and then after 3 weeks decide you aren't getting results and call it quits.. play the long game. See more

17.01.2022 Another good question.. should I click that ever so enticing "boost" button for posts showing completed jobs? The short answer: Probably not worth it. The long answer: What are your expectations when you hit boost? If you're happy to get a bit of awareness out there, absolutely no harm in doing this. However, if you're after leads, it's unlikely that you will be satisfied with the results. If you're looking at paid advertising to obtain leads/enquiries, generally we w...ould recommend going down the route of Google. Whether it be Google Ads or SEO, it is easier to target potential customers who are closer to the buying phase as they are actively searching for your services. Typically, we would recommend using Facebook Ads Manager to setup more intricate social media ads that work in harmony with google and/or your website (ie. remarketing) where you have more advanced targeting capabilities. But at the end of the day if you're happy with a bit of awareness, hitting "boost" is a quick & easy way to get a lot of eyes on your post at a pretty low cost. See more

Back to where it all started before we zeroed in on the property industry, we were huge outdoor enthusiasts (we still are) taking snaps of beaches, mountains and just all round cool stuff (we still do). We hope you aren't stuck in this Melbourne rain and are soaking up some rays somewhere!

15.01.2022 Another common question... how can I grow my following or is there a way to grow my following quickly? The short answer; There's not really a 'quick' way to do it. The long answer; It comes down to how much value your content provides to your audience. Do they enjoy viewing it? Do you give them info or tips? Is it exciting? Are you telling a story or do your posts have a bit of personality?... You need to be posting consistently (so people have a reason to follow you, aim for 2-3 times per week) You need to interact with other accounts (think about who you're trying to sell to and engage with their profiles - this helps your page get seen more) Giveaways can boost your following quickly, but you need to be prepared to give something away that is actually decent. Be prepared to lose followers after your giveaway. And if you're thinking of paying for followers.. just don't. But consider this, sometimes the number of followers isn't all that important. It's about the quality. Are they people that actually could buy from you?

14.01.2022 The short answer: Most likely in the evening, but not always. The long answer: It depends who your audience is. Most people tend to be a little more active on social media as the day is winding down and when they aren't working. However, if you are serious about posting at the optimal times, the following points are for you: ... Look at your audience insights in the Instagram app. Head to the insights section, click on total followers and you will now find yourself in the 'audience' section. If you scroll to the bottom you will see the most active times of your audience. This will be a huge help! It's also really important to consider the frame of mind your audience will be when posting. Is your audience going to be keen to read your content at the time of post? Or are they likely to be switched off?
