24.01.2022 Very excited to announce North beach certified passive house - Construction completed and open day is this Saturday. If your considering building and are interested in low energy passive designs it’s definitely worth a look. Currently there are only 3 certified passive houses in WA- and Kellett Design group is proud to say this is one of them. This project is competitive price wise with volume builder prices, however much better value when you consider: comfort, performance, running costs, inclusions, finishes.

24.01.2022 This is a double storey project I’m excited to see in construction. To date, one of the most cost effective passive house (principles) home in white gum valley. This project has amazing performance 9.2 star Nathers rating. There was much thought and consideration that went into this build to ensure it was within the clients budget. A lot of house also went into the energy assessments, adjusting, tweaking to increase the thermal performance. Considering the finishes this dwelling is more cost effective then most double storey homes from volume builders.
