We are still taking hairdressing appointments, and with permission from the government, that Barbers and hairdressers remain open and operational. ... Being a small Family business, we understand this can be a concerning and complicated time. Rest assured we will be taking a business as usual approach for as long as it is safe to do so and provide our service any way ...we can. Our suppliers in Germany, Brisbane, France and Denmark, are still operational, our business is receiving orders, appointment bookings, shipping out product orders, and we have healthy stock levels. However, we do recommend that you look at your hairstyle and any product needs , and make your appointment NOW, or order what you need, in the event of future lockdown or restrictions. As per the World Health Organization, we are taking additional precautions when it comes to salon and clinic sanitation and personal hygiene. Take this time to also do the same when visiting. We service our clients one on one with our offerings, which makes us a safe space, due to the fact that we are not a high volume public venue. Any one of us that work here at Bouche Boutique that are feeling unwell or showing flu like symptoms including fever, aches or a runny nose do not come to work. If you have travelled overseas in the last 14 days, have been identified as a close contact of a COVID-19 case in the past 14 days, have flu-like symptoms or are feeling unwell, please call us to reschedule your appointment. Or we may not be able to follow through with your appointment if your present with these symptoms. We use fresh towels and are replaced for every client appointment. The utilization of disposable treatment tools including applicators, gloves, makeup brushes and headbands. We have begun the process of sterilization of all equipment before and after all appointments including modalities and all surfaces and door handles with a powerful bacterial disinfectant throughout the day. All liquids and creams are decanted into single use vessels for each and every single appointment. Protocols including frequent hand washing and the use of hospital grade disinfectant for cleaning. Weve Increased frequency of cleaning. We provide hand sanitizer to all clients on arrival, and have tissues available in all treatment rooms. Myself and my team wear gloves during treatments. "Following the receipt of feedback on the practical implementation of measures announced regarding barbers and hairdressers it was agreed by Premiers and Chief Ministers at National Cabinet last night that the instruction regarding 30 minutes per patron will be lifted (effective immediately), but that the 4sqm rule per person must be strictly observed within the premises and that personal contact during the patrons visit should be minimised wherever possible" This means that appointments can continue as normal as long as you continue to adhere to the 4sqm per person rule and continue to observe strict hygiene practices.
