16.01.2022 Second time I have made this beautiful dinner this week for my family !Whole chicken baked with a honey and mustard and butter base served with Roasted vegetable in duck fat with Rosemary ! and gravy made from the juices wow !a real French taste as the butter melts it's way through the chicken with all the flavours
