This is due to the EPA new on-line application process. The signed and stamped ‘Certification of Training’ (page 2 of EPA Application) will be emailed or sent with the Statement of Attainment. This page is to be included in the drivers application which can be either posted to EPA or sent online via the EPA website. https://apps.epa.nsw.gov.au/epabusinessportal/poeo-login The 2018 EPA Application Form will be emailed on request.
