10.01.2022 Training during stage 4 in Melbourne requires a few adjustments. Ananda rode the Yorkshore World champs course via zwift with a few mates yesterday. They had some group sprints along the way, and he ate his bananas and home made rice cakes (spot them on his food table) during the ride. Data included for all those analytical dudes!!!!
