We have to very closely manage the number of patients in the clinic at any given time. We do not have the capacity for you to arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment. Conversely, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment.... Please attend your appointment alone, unless communicated with us prior to the appointment so we can make arrangements to limit other people in the clinic. Please DO NOT attend your appointment if you are sick. This is a no-brainer! Your injector should have the knowledge and experience to know how to slowly build these lips rather than going too hard too fast and losing all shape.
