19.01.2022 My own transformation For me it’s been my first pregnancy left photo 9 months pregnant and ready to pop, right is 11 months post partum. The body is incredible and the way it changes to embrace a beautiful human but it has been a physical and mental battle getting back into shape. With the right balance of diet including indulging and good nutrition plus keeping a good routine of being active and strong I was breastfeeding for a few months and when stopped I wasn’t real...ly in any mental state to do anything as a fresh mum to a new baby fatigue took over, but am glad I got ontop of my nutrition and starting slow with walks and basic exercise I became passionate about being a good mum but also being happy mentally and physically it’s not about the abs or having muscle for me it’s been what it does for my mind and being a mum giving me strength and energy but also you feel empowered! 18.01.2022 13 days This has been the hardest pregnancy for me, between a teething toddler and running around after him, less energy and exhaustion, feeling weak all over and sore all the time, so uncomfortable and feeling like I’m carrying double my weight lol, but I’m so glad I have somewhat maintained a level of healthy and fit lifestyle and continued to keep strong and mobile best thing I’ve been doing mentally and physically to prepare myself and also for my bodies sake. Baby ...is measuring longer and on the big side lol, I’m also weighing in 38 weeks at 74.5kg, at 30weeks with Riley I was 78.9kg.. but overall I’ve put on 17kg with baby 2, so I’m generally a lot leaner and lighter but it’s all just baby Can’t wait to me my little man! 09.01.2022 So here is part of my rare workouts I have been doing since being pregnant with baby 2, I am 36 weeks pregnant & it’s been a very different experience with a toddler running around too lol. I haven’t had energy, motivation or anything to get myself to even go for a nice walk compared to pregnancy the first time, but I aim to keep my body active maintaining a few days of just moving my body, light strength work and mobility as well as functional but have noticed a lot of weakn...ess in my lower body so have focused on doing band work and glute activation It’s all so important physically and mentally throughout pregnancy doing something everyday or a few days a week even walking.
