21.01.2022 So today i focussed on feeling angry Yep ANGRY!!! Why did i do this, to make it go away of course!....you see my practice is all about feeling the feelings, instead of ignoring them and anger has been coming up and at me a lot lately (i'm tired, it's school holidays, i need some "ME" time) So today i practised, every time it arose, i focussed on the anger, i felt it deeply and for as long as it took to disappear....it would come again and i felt it again....TRY IT....and then get ready for the most wonderful surprises
14.01.2022 Had a lovely chakra unblocking session last night, with some crystals, a singing bowl, and an amazing healer - these energy centres of our body really need to be functioning well so that we can function at full capacity Note to self....when u feel blocked (and i was feeling it!) book in a session with one of the many healers around you....it can only help
