16.01.2022 What a year to turn 18! Molly came to me with her mum last year in between lockdowns and remote learning for her VCE. It was Molly’s 18th birthday and her Mum wanted to do something special to mark the occasion. She brought along a collection of outfits, got all glammed up and we laughed and laughed as we created a magical birthday shoot. 08.01.2022 Everybody knows that I love to photograph kids, particularly as they step away from childhood and into independent teens. It’s always a challenge to capture their own uniqueness and a glimpse of their personality. When I met Elsa I just knew that I had to capture her in a way that was like a step back in time, with her classic features and gentle demeanor. This girl is as feminine as she is independent, she is an amazing cook, she can sew, yet she has a fighting spirit that makes her a tough and determined footballer! Elsa is a true modern day girl!

03.01.2022 Family. If there’s one thing for sure that this year has shown us all, it’s the importance of family. Whether we liked it or not, the lockdowns we experienced here in Melbourne gave us the chance to spend more time than ever with our kids, the chance to go back in time to a simple life without activities crammed in throughout the week, even though it was more than trying at times with remote learning and being home ALL the time!! It was a chance to reconnect on a different level that we possibly won’t ever have again, at least not without commitments, the need to be somewhere, and just being busy.
