23.01.2022 I just want to share a bit of a milestone moment with you all... Yesterday, I held my first corporate wellness event looking at Health and Nutrition in the Workplace.... Not only was I able to educate and share my passion with this workplace but I was also able to cement for myself that THIS is what I want to be doing in my career.
