Heres a few things, which have really helped me get off to a positive start to the day and I hope it may help you too, if you have found yourself feeling a bit more bleurgh, unsettled or even manic lately. ... This has become the fav part of my day, its where I come to observe and clear out my over active brain Its simple; easy and can take only a few minutes try one or all of the steps; 1. Get up- yep out of bed 5,4,3,2,1 https://youtu.be/uEQHg-E2HmU 2. Find YOUR spot, sit, lay, stand what ever just be comfortable 3. Get a pen and paper and write down everything in you head (this could take a while) this is your NEW additional morning dump! keep writing till its all out on paper! Good/bad/everything 4. Now, kick back and watch the sunrise listen to sounds, and find one thing to be grateful for! Times are touch~then be grateful you woke up~ many didnt 5. Gerard named this gem The Pacific for its beautiful ocean-like colours and mighty size. ... The stone was mined near the famous Glengarry Opal fields from a claim at Gotham City in 1989. In 1990 this opal entered the Guinness Book of Records. The Freeform shape was beautifully cut by his wife Denise O’Brien and purposely preserved the opal in this natural shape as Mother Nature intended!
