Baseball WA are looking at putting together a Forum, the idea of this forum is to be both a discussion forum but also an action forum. There have been many programs created over the last 18 months for Women in Baseball. These programs don't run themselves and they certainly aren't created by themselves. This is where, the people who answered YES! above, come in... We are looking for a delegate from our Bulldog family to be part of this new forum. And after a false start last week against Kalamunda, Brenden Baldwin will also rack up his 200th game today! Their game is against Wanneroo at 12:30pm - Mateljan Reserve. Well done guys on achieving this milestone.

18.01.2022 WEEKEND RESULTS: F grade managed to secure our only win this week with a 13-3 win vs Kalamunda A grade lost 15-3 to Wanneroo, and D grade let their lead slip in the final innings of their Wanneroo game for a 11-11 draw Both our Junior and Senior league teams had difficult games this week, 24-3 loss to Rockingham Red and 25-3 loss against Swan Districts Our women's and B grade teams also played tough games this week, with a 13-2 loss against Braves and 19-3 loss against Willetton Black

11.01.2022 GAME MILESTONES THIS SUNDAY This Sunday, Brett Lefty Barber will take the field in his 350th game with the Club at HOME against Willetton at 12:00pm. Brett has been with our Club since 2001, starting as 17 year old young man, signing his own permission slip to allow him to play baseball. ... He also coached for one season in 2008/9 (PLR1) and has a much sought after membership in The Kennel Club for the small number of players that have hit a home run over our fence at John Dunn Oval. Brett has also been heavily connected to the committee serving as our President for several years and in many other roles previous & post this. Brett is also a Life Member of Kelmscott Baseball Club If you see Brett tonight or on Sunday don’t forget to pass on your Congratulations!

06.01.2022 C L U B U P D A T E As you are now probably aware, yesterday Baseball WA made the difficult decision to cancel all Baseball WA Competitions including all training, Pony Club & the Grand Final on Sunday due to the government mandates surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. The Club would like to acknowledge our Womens team for their efforts in getting themselves to the Grand Final, which was no mean feat! ... Baseball WA has made the following decision regarding the awarding of premierships etc; The team that finished on top of the ladder at the end of the regular season will be awarded the Minor Premiership, as has been done every season. There will be no Premiers awarded for season 2019/20. At this time, all Little League Charter Training, Tournaments and Pre-State Tournaments are also on hold. We appreciate this is disappointing for all involved, in particular for our two young representatives Will & Shante & Head Coach Callum - again, The Club would like to acknowledge all your efforts and we hope to see you all out on the baseball diamond very soon. Tomorrow afternoon we will be holding a busy bee at the Club to do the final tidy ups & bring the back net down (please refer to your coaches for time details). Please remember Many HEALTHY Hands Make Light Work Once the busy bee is completed the Clubrooms will be opened - we will be reducing our Bar prices for the night to Wednesday Night Training prices and Chase the Ace is ON! The Junior Windup to be held on SATURDAY 21st March is still going ahead. We are in uncharted waters at present and we ask that you are all patient and respectful of one another as usual and continue to show how we are a family Club supporting one another. If you wish for Santa to present a gift to your child/children please provide your wrapped present/s (please nothing over $10!) with their name/s clearly labeled on it to Santa and his helpers before they get handed out at ~7PM.... Be sure to get round to the club after training next week to celebrate the holidays with your family and ours!

02.01.2022 THIS WEEKEND Can you believe there are just TWO ROUNDS left before the end of the regular season and then finals campaigns will kick off for some of us! There are a lot of things going on this weekend so strap yourselves in!... TONIGHT Our littlest Bulldogs will be playing their last game for the season at home starting at 5:15pm, these little people have grown their skills this season with the help of their coach Aaron Keep and their parents. Please support them by getting down to the Club tonight. After the game has ended and everything is packed away the Clubrooms will be open and our Friday night will begin, Chase the Ace is jackpot is $420 & Dinner tonight is Hot Chicken Rolls for $4.00. SATURDAY Our last Club fundraiser will be held at Bunnings Armadale from 7:30-4:30pm. If you have volunteered your time we say THANK YOU! If you are available to help out please let your Coach know ASAP. If you cant help out, please bring your friends & family down for a snag in a bun & a drink and support this event. Our Junior League team will be playing their last home game for the season on Saturday at 3:30pm against Willetton, if you havent come down to support the next generation of senior players to our Club, Saturday is your chance!
