25.01.2022 WHAT PT CLIENT CAN PUSH THE MOST ON THE SLED!? Georgia and I will be putting you clients through a little challenge this week to see who can push the most on the sled for one whole lap! One thing I love about the sled as it’s not necessarily your fittest or strongest client it’s all about pushing force so we’re excited to see who shines through this week. We don’t have a crèche or put your kids behind a fence because let’s be real kids KICK OFF with that. Our gym floor is a huge space for them to interact with each other, we have loads of toys and the gym is fully secured with gates. I’m so proud of the incredibly laid back environment w...e have created and love to see mums helping other mums out wether it’s holding a crying bub or just having another mum to chat to. 23.01.2022 I’m so pumped to have the awesome Ange from BODY EVIDENCE will be back in! WHEN: Thursday 24th, Time slots: 430pm, 5pm, 530pm and 6pm. COST: $40.00 ... WHAT ARE SCANS: Sick of worrying about why the scales don’t change but you know you feel more toned? Get a body scan done to show you exactly what your made up of. These scans are the best way to track results as they will show you a break down of: Body fat Muscle Visceral fat (on your organs) Protein intake Specifically tells you where it’s sitting in comparison to left and right side of body/ upper and lower IMPORTANT: You must not get a scan after you exercise as the high heart rate will effect your results so if you plan to do a class make sure it’s after scan. I don’t get the scans in often so please make sure you don’t miss out on a spot!! See more

22.01.2022 For so long I would compare myself to other gyms. So concerned about how fancy their space was, how put together their social media was or how I had hardly any equipment. Why didn’t I slap some sense into me earlier because can I just say I absolutely love the space we’ve created! I love how my gym is full of hyped up screaming children 24/7, people are always like do the kids just sit there whilst you train or and I’m like absolutely fucking not, have you not seen what tod...dlers are like! People must think I’m crazy and I’ve been labeled a mummy gym but I wouldn’t change it for the world! If your not willing to exercise whilst kids get absolutely in your way then this gym probs ain’t the one for you. If your a mum that’s been wanting to exercise for so long but have been too nervous because of the thought of taking your kid to a class scares the crap out of you then come on in! We’re use to kids crying, kicking off, jumping on you whilst you train, holding babies to help settle or purely entertaining your little one to help you get some sort of workout in. There’s no judgement here, purely a gym full of crazy children. See more

21.01.2022 HAPPY FATHERS DAY TO ALL OUR DADS THAT COME TO KGPT! KGPT use to be so dominated by the gals but since reopening I’ve noticed such an influx in male presence at our classes. I absolutely love seeing the whole fam coming along to the gym and showing their little ones the importance of staying fit and healthy, plus as shown the kids get to jump all over dad!

17.01.2022 Best of luck to my 2 beautiful clients that have both trained with me right up to 40 weeks! This week it was a bit of a how do we get this baby out of me type of session but besides that the whole pregnancy they have still incorporated weight training or classes into their week.

16.01.2022 KGPT CHRISTMAS HOURS It’s almost time for us trainers to take a short break to rejuvenate for 2021! Check out below some key information of what’s happening. Christmas Eve Workout: All classes as normal until the 24th.On Thursday morning 6am, 630am and 830am will be the last classes running. 2 SPECIAL pop up classes: We don’t want to completely leave you for the 2 weeks so we will have 2 x 9am classes on the 29th and 31st. Squeeze in that last workout before the... year ends! These classes will be $10.00. Gym equipment rental: We’re renting out all our kettlebells and barbells PLUS you score yourself a 10 day workout plan to burn those calories off after Christmas! $50.00 covers you for the two weeks. 10 day workout plan: If your not after the equipment you still can pick up the workout plan for $30.00. If we don’t get to see you before we shut we all wish you a very Merry Christmas!

Ingredients: 1cup Beetroot grated 1cup Carrot grated... 1/2 Red onion diced 1tin Chickpeas 1cup Baby spinach chopped 1Tbsp garlic crushed 1tsp turmeric 1tsp paprka ( smoked ) Salt n Pepper Method: Preheat oven to 180c. 1Place chickpeas, onion , garlic in a nutribullet/ food processor and blitz until smoothish. 2In a bowl add all ingredients and stir til combined. 3Roll into patties and place on lined baking tray. 4Spray with cooking spray and cook for 20mins.
