I make far more work to any engineer. More edits, re-tracking, etc... my music is a task. I hate fake drums, I hate solid state amps, I hate phoned in performances, auto tune, etc... basically to any modern studio using modern tricks of the trade, I am that antithesis. So by explaining my method, you dear read...er, can comprehend this next statement. Mark is the law to my Chaos. His open mindedness, his approach and his professionalism, even with all this stacked against him... made an incredible record. I believe that we couldn't have made a better record elsewhere. Let's also hold into account that we (the band) are in Los Angeles. We tracked in Los Angeles. In most cases mixing & mastering music in person is an undertaking.
