24.01.2022 I don’t know why Facebook removed the Zoom link!! Thanks to Flo for hosting a cooking experience for her friends tonight! We had a great time and made some different things to usual! Yummy Hug in a Mug Soup, my Orange and Cardomom Cake, and some Banana Ice Cream (despite some technical hitches ).
24.01.2022 My TM6 (Olivia Pope) and I had a great time tonight at Kristie’s Cooking Experience! We whipped up Strawberry fruity dream (Vegan) Brazillian Cheese Puffs (gluten free), Capsicum and Sundried Tomato Dip (Gluten Free) and Coconut Chocolate Custard (dairy free)! And because we had worked so hard (thanks hubby for the additional camera work) we discovered we had the makings of an espresso martini, so whipped two of those up too! All in less than an hour! Before that, I made the best bolognaise I have EVER had, and some delicious garlic and cheese pizzas for dinner!

14.01.2022 A busy afternoon in the kitchen! My Thermomix Olivia Pope and I whipped up a storm! Mushroom sauce for tonight’s steak dinner, Honeycomb, a gorgeous old fashioned chocolate cake (decorated by the kids), Peanut Butter protein balls, orange sugar cookies, Bacon Jam and roast capsicum dip for my Zoom party tonight! Phew! Exhausted!! And he will probably make an espresso martini later to keep me awake!
14.01.2022 Ok, y’all gotta try this! Beef cobbler with Polenta dumplings. Everyone has cleaned their bowls! So so good! It gets pretty hot in the oven and a little bit splattery and bubbly as you can see from my dish, but so worth it! 12.01.2022 And here is the final product! Chocolate cupcakes with honeycomb icing! The buttercream is just the normal Cookidoo recipe, but I added up some crumbled up honeycomb and repeated the second blending step! Recipes in the comments
11.01.2022 After a hiatus to deal with some pressing medical issues (I’m all good now!!) I’m back! And today I whipped up these delicious Fresh Blueberry and White Chocolate muffins using the basic muffin recipe! I have tried some delicious new meals while hiding away that I can’t wait to share with you all! Whole we are in lockdown I am taking bookings for virtual Cooking experiences and virtual deliveries, there is no better time to get a TM6 on the bench than while you are home to use it all the time! And use it you will! I hope you’re all safe and well and surviving this crazy time!
10.01.2022 To everyone waiting a call or email reply, thank you so much for your patience. Kel has been quite unwell, and had an adverse reaction to some medication she was given. She is now on the mend and will be in touch with everyone over the weekend! She will also have some exciting news from Thermomix to share!

06.01.2022 BURGER NIGHT! Lemon and herb salmon burgers with zucchini fries!! So so so good!! The burgers are packed full of goodness and have been a hit with the little people! A quick, easy and healthy dinner after a very very long week. And yes, accompanied by a vino! Cookidoo link in comments

02.01.2022 I often get asked about making large meals with the TM6. Tonight I made one of those meals that will feed 6-8 easily! A bit of a longer cook, but well worth it. Absolutely delicious, perfect for a cold rainy night! It doesn’t photograph the best, but the taste is sensational.
