25.01.2022 *Attention all customers at Capella, Middlemount & Dysart* As of Monday 12th August 2013, all orders for these towns will need to have their orders into our office no later than 10am on a Monday morning to ensure that you don’t miss out on having weekly specials or having your order in on time. Orders can be made by email [email protected] or phone during office 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. We are making this change as we now will not be traveling back from Capella overnight but will be going directly from Capella to Middlemount as we feel that a lot of our Middlemount customers are missing out on an opportunity to get their fresh meat each week as we have had delays on getting to Middlemount on time.

01.01.2022 Do you eat a lot of meat? Do you have a large family and find it hard to find meat cheap enough to feed them all? Have you ever considered getting a whole or a side of beef, pork or lamb? Our sides of beef are $7.50/kg. With each side you get rump, t-bone, topside, round, eye fillet, silverside, rib fillet, blade, chuck or rolled rib roast, mince and sausages. A side of Beef is approximatly 100kg. Our sides of pork are $7.00/kg and you will get with each side leg roast, bell...y (whole, spare ribs or usa ribs), Loin chops, shoulder chops, shoudler roast (option to have rack instead of all loin chops) and sausages. A side of Pork is approximatley 25-30kg. Our sides of lamb are $8.50/kg. With each side you will get Leg roast, Loin Chops, Forequarter Chops, Sausages, racks or cutlets. A side lamb is approximatly 8-10kg. This price is for bulk packed, if you are wanting us to pack them into portion packs (ready to go straight in the freezer) it is 30c/kg more. All sides need to be order about a week in advance so we can have them ready and can be paid for with cash or EFTPOS.
