02.01.2022 Tonights call, a special rescue. This feathered friend got herself into a spot of bother, getting stuck in a tree of all places. Yes we know the irony. With a little bit of help from our friends at Middleton RFS this high flyer was returned safely to her owner, who was highly relieved.

01.01.2022 Congratulations to our new firefighters! Last week Kemps Creek RFB had 2 new members attend the Bush-Firefighter assessment day with several other recruits from the Macarthur region. The assessment involved a range of scenarios from property protection, fire overruns, and simulated bush and grass fires. These scenarios required our new recruits to demonstrate the skills which they have learned over the course of many months. They also worked extremely well with othe...r members to successfully complete the assessment. A very warm welcome to Joseph and Kathlyne, the Kemps Creek crew are extremely glad to have you onboard.
