23.01.2022 Hi All Macleay Nippers at Hat Head and therefore Crescent Head Nippers has been cancelled for this weekend due to large and powerful surf and the weather forecast. Nippers will return to Crescent Head next weekend 28 Feb with our club championship and Age Managera Course.... Can’t do much about Mother Nature. Stay dry this weekend.

21.01.2022 #JLOTY // Congratulations to our Surf Lifesaving Mid North Coast Branch Newcastle Permanent Junior Lifesavers of the Year for 2020/2021. Taylah Moffitt from Kempsey-Crescent Head SLSC Cooper Lorger from Port Macquarie SLSC... Both were recognised, along with the other finalists, this morning at the Mid North Coast Branch Championships held at Tacking Point Surf Lifesaving Club. A huge thank you to the SLSMNC Life Members and Executive Committee who attended the announcement. Thanks goes to Adam Power from Newcastle Permanent Port Macquarie who assisted with the presentation. Newcastle Permanent continue to support Surf Life Saving and our Junior Lifesaver of the Year Program and we thank them for their ongoing support. Taylah and Cooper will represent SLSMNC at the Surf Life Saving NSW JLOTY later on in the year. Best of luck!!!

17.01.2022 Feeling very proud of our surf club being involved in the 2021 Anzac Day ceremony in Crescent Head. Our little community has been through so much and great to see everyone together again to remember those who have fallen and contributed for our benefit. Special thanks to Taylah and Lani.

09.01.2022 Hi everyone Just a reminder we are heading to Hat Head this weekend NOT Crescent Head. We will take pinkies and boards out there.... It’s a 9.30 start so if you could get there by 9/9.15 that would be great.

04.01.2022 Hi all Well the weather is not looking good for our last Nippers Session this weekend. Due to large and powerful surf, flooding and rain we have made the decision to cancel our last session. Our presentation will he held next Sunday 28 March at the surf club from 11am.... A bbq lunch will be provided. Due to ongoing COVID restrictions please do not bring a plate to share. Can you please RSVP for catering purposes? Stay safe and dry this weekend. Steve

03.01.2022 And the post you’ve been waiting for. After floods, Easter, School Holidays and ANZAC Day (this Sunday) we will have our Nippers Presentation on Sunday 23rd May from 12-4pm. Parents and grand parents welcome.... Can you please RSVP with numbers for catering purposes. Again due to Covid the surf club will fully provide catering. Please do not bring plates to share. Can’t wait to see everyone and celebrate a great season. We will also host our annual AGM. For anyone interested in a committee role including President and committee members, all positions are up for grabs. See you all then.
