25.01.2022 The "Rhythm and Ribs" gig at Oakabella Homestead was another first for me. Playing on a stage made from 2 old trucks, for the final meal night of the season. Good times. Thanks Belinda and crew. 08.10.20
23.01.2022 Its all happening in Kununurra in May. I will be returning to belt out some great tunes at Sporties (Ord River Sports Club) on Thursday 20th May and again for Hotel Kununurra's Sunday session on 23rd May as part of my "Never Ending Road Tour & CD release." Also ticking off another one on the bucket list is attending Kununurra's spectacular Ord Valley Muster from 20th-29th May and being a part of it all.... Exciting news to follow
23.01.2022 Played a gig with my old original line up of "Jump the Gap" forTozer’s Bush Camp NYE celebrations. It went well with a lot of people getting up to dance. Awesome night with the boys. What a way to kick in the new year!
23.01.2022 Great news today with my CD, MY NEVER ENDING ROAD getting the green light for production. And securing a gig at the Ord River Sports Club, SPORTIES, at the beginning of the Ord Valley Muster on May 20. Along with the gig at the Samson Beach Tavern and others along the way we're looking forward to this year's MY NEVER ENDING ROAD TOUR 2021.

21.01.2022 Bio: My name is Ken Austin and I am a guitarist, singer & songwriter. In the late 80's and early 90's I played the WA pub scene in two cover bands "Full Tilt" and "Mixed Bag". After taking a break, I rekindled my love for playing live music and formed a 4 piece band called "Jump the Gap" playing hit covers from the 60's till now. Currently I am traveling and playing around WA, following my dream to hit the road as a solo artist, and spend time writing original music. ... I plan to record a CD with a mix of originals and covers. Look out for my "Never Ending Road Tour & CD release" next year. See more
20.01.2022 We get the best of both worlds, checking out the awesome countryside while playing gigs at 2 more iconic Stations/Homesteads for their special meal nights. Ken will be performing this Monday (5th) and Wednesday (7th) evening at Wooramel Stations specialty meal nights, 120km south of Carnarvon and then on Thursday (8th) evening for the yummy rib night at Oakabella Homestead in Bowes just south of Northampton. Come and join in the fun, if in the area.
18.01.2022 I want to thank everyone who has helped us with our tour through the northwest this year. I've had so much fun playing music and meeting people along the way. Biggest thanks to my partner Annette for all of the behind the scenes work done to help make this happen. I look forward to touring again in 2021. BRING IT ON.

13.01.2022 Gig 1 Thanks for dancing and donating. Monday evenings show went off well, with about 120 guests enjoying the great food and music at Wooramel Station River Retreat raising $231.35 for the RFDS. Looking forward to playing again on Wednesday. 05.10.20

09.01.2022 Not long now. MY NEVER ENDING ROAD C.D. is in production finally and should be ready for release at the end of April. 02.01.2022 Unfortunately due to the lockdown for the Anzac day long weekend. I won't be playing at the Wannabrew this Sunday . I was looking forward to saying goodbye to family and friends at the gig and playing the whole album. Stay safe folks, and hope to see you all again soon.
