01.01.2022 I was lucky enough to call an Auction on behalf of the BellCourt Property Group’s Property Consultant Anil Singh last Saturday. An absolutely sensational Marketing Campaign lead by Anil and supported by the entire BCP group drew a crowd of 30 interested purchasers and curious locals to the Auction of this Rivervale property. There was no doubting how hard Anil had worked over the 4 week campaign as there were 9 registered bidders all keen to be involved in buying the propert...y. 21 Bids later the property well and truly surpassed the Seller’s expectations, got to the Reserve Price and it’s now SOLD! Great work Anil, an exceptional Agent and a bloody nice bloke to go with it. Thanks for letting me call on your behalf BellCourt Property Group!
