24.01.2022 Belle Maison project - Stage 2 completed. Massive transformation of the space, all involved very happy with a big thanks to all the boys that pushed hard to open pool area of resort on schedule. Stage 3 kicking off early February...stay tuned.
24.01.2022 Southport project completed this week from start to finish over the last couple of weeks...what a great change of the landscape and new entry for our very happy clients. First up was demo the front yard to create a clean slate, build raised composite deck with access steps, nice sandstone steppers and finish off with gardens & lawn ready for watering in over the Xmas holidays. 23.01.2022 Burleigh Waters project kicking along with concrete slab in to pool surrounds & tiles going down. Also installed, a concrete pad for caravan and boat parking...clean up & turf going down today.
18.01.2022 Belle Maison project all wrapped up today with last few elements such as pool fencing & tile sealing from Dan @ Insular and Luke (my sealer guy) to finish the last few details of out massive pool refurbishment project. Has been an extensive project lasting almost 16 weeks and want to thank Lesley, Geoff and all committee members for giving Team Kenchi the opportunity to bring to life this standout landscape. Big thanks to all my trades that have gone the extra mile to bring this one together.
18.01.2022 ...and the concrete is in...always good to get the hard stuff down eh boys... This week, retaining walls, drainage, gardens & lawn...maybe some tiling & lighting too.
17.01.2022 New pool renovation project kicking off in Benowa yesterday with full strip out of yard for clean slate. Big thanks to Simon at Tree Stylin for dropping the large palms with precision, Rod Hughes Excavation & brother Wayne Hughes Excavation for working together like clockwork to get the place looking the part in just one day.
16.01.2022 Royal Pines project update... New Tilt Up panel concrete wall up and painted, plumbing repairs done and small concrete slab for wheelie bin storage. Nice transformation of space & privacy for owner...
16.01.2022 Progress at Benowa coming along nicely with Versawall link block retaining wall in, drainage, gardens, lawn & tiling started this week...bit of rain slows us up but good to see the gardens settled in.
15.01.2022 Burleigh Waters project getting a nice move along with Besser retaining walls up, backfilled & prepped for concrete pour this morning. Less dust on these windy days are a good thing!
14.01.2022 Belle Maison project starting to sparkle with stage 1 almost completed and ready to hand over to the holidayers & owners. Stage 2 full steam ahead with demo work done, waterproofing going down & getting ready to lay tiles next week. Have to give a big shout out to my lads putting in a big effort on this job and pleasure working with the GM & Body Corp too getting this open & ready for Xmas time.

13.01.2022 New project at Royal Pines consisting of clearing out of old hedging, prepping levels, irrigation to be relocated and tilt panel walls ready to come in next week.
13.01.2022 Royal Pines project completed this week...what a transformation with low maintenance side garden in with water feature as the focal point through the passage. Sandstone tiled area for wheelie bins storage and aluminium louvred gate to keep it private.
12.01.2022 Belle Maison project running along nicely with demo out of the way, waterproofing & bedding done with the tiles going down to make this pool surround come to life! Big effort from all the boys and good working conditions so far (the only place in Australia we don't need rain right now!).
