You’ll need...... a small glass or oil friendly plastic spray bottle - I recycled my old Fractionated Coconut Oil bottles and order spray tips to fit. 40mL Witch Hazel 30 drops of your favourite holiday blend - I’ve used Holiday Peace for that fresh tree smell but you could create your own. top with distilled or cooled boiled water. Just shake to combine and spray. Easy Peasy!

You’ll see (smell) the difference when you have a clean diffuser! I like to set a regular reminder to clean all of the diffusers around our home. ... Instructions: 1. Turn off your diffuser. 2. Fill the water reservoir halfway to the line with clean water. 3. Add 10 drops of pure white vinegar to the water reservoir. 4. Turn it on and let run for 3-5 minutes, allowing the vinegar to disperse throughout. 5. Drain the water reservoir completely. 6. Dip a cotton swab in white vinegar and wipe down the edges of the water reservoir as well as the ultrasonic mist chip. 7. Rinse the water reservoir with clean water. 8. Wipe the reservoir with a dry cloth and let air dry before using it again.

Today is day 1, and we thought that we would just help you get this one out of the way ASAP, as it is probably the worst job ever, right? Let’s get your fridge sparkling and smelling fresher than ever. You will see our favourite recipe below. I love using the On Guard Cleaner Concentrate because of its versatility and the fact that it is so cost effective [$0.80 per 500ml bottle to be exact], so you will find that this is often the base for most cleaning sprays because. 12.01.2022 By popular demand... here’s the recipe you’ve all been waiting for. If you haven’t sampled this before, do yourself a favour and whip up a batch for Chrissie - it’s so easy... and yummy. . PEPPERMINT BARK RECIPE INGREDIENTS... * 200g 70% dark chocolate, broken into pieces * 200g white chocolate, broken into pieces * 6 drops doTERRA Peppermint Oil * 2 candy canes, broken into small pieces or use. . STEPS I use my Thermomix to make this, if you don’t have one, you can use an food processor and microwave. Add the pieces of candy cane to the bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed Set aside. Or crush with a rolling pin. Add the pieces of dark chocolate (200g) to the bowl and chop for 20 seconds/speed 8. Melt the chocolate for 3 minutes/50 degrees/speed 3. Scrape down the sides and continue melting until all the chocolate is completely melted. Add doTERRA peppermint oil (3 drops) and mix 10 seconds/speed 3. Line a baking tray or two with baking paper. Pour the chocolate evenly on the tray. Freeze for 10 minutes. Add the pieces of white chocolate (200g) to the bowl and chop for 20 seconds/speed 8. Melt the chocolate for 3 minutes/50 degrees/speed 3. Scrape down the sides and continue melting until all the chocolate is completely melted. Add doTERRA peppermint oil (3 drops) and mix 10 seconds/speed 3. Sprinkle broken pieces of candy canes on top of the chocolate. Freeze for 10 minutes. Pull out of freezer and snap the chocolate into pieces. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated. See more

I’ve recycled a 30mL spray bottle, added the following oils 9 drops Lemon Eucalyptus 12 drops Cedarwood 9 drops Citronella 6 drops Peppermint 6 drops Lemongrass 4 drops Lavender Then fill to 3/4 with witch hazel, Add a small squirt of fractionated coconut oil and then fill to the top with cooled boiled water. Spray on exposed areas of skin and spritz over clothing.
