22.01.2022 Hey lovely people Firstly, to those who couldn't get through to order tonight we sincerely apologise. It was a massive night! Thank you to everyone who came and dined in tonight, we had a full house and it was awesome!! Tomorrow we are booked for a private function so we will be open from 8.30 and closing at 10am. 19.01.2022 To all of our dear valued Customers. This Sunday Night will be our last Sunday Night for Dinner. Sunday Nights have been very quiet throughout winter so we will re-visit Sunday Night trade when the warmer weather arrives. But on the Flip side we will be opening Thursday Nights for Takeaway as of next week.

18.01.2022 Burgers.... What's your pick? Beef - handmade beef patty, made with love, by hand in house. We mince our own beef and hand press each patty fresh every week. (Approx 4 hours to make 200)... Steak - juicy scotch fillet, marinated and flame grilled, rested & sent to you dripping with goodness! Chicken - fresh breast marinated, brushed with melted butter and flame grilled. Or hand crumbed with our blend of spices and herbs for a schnitty. Vege - made in house. Shredded sweet potato, carrot, zucchini, onion & quinoa patties. Sauce... We offer a large range of sauces to choose from. Hot chilli, sweet chilli, mustard & pickles. Our tomato & BBQ are gluten free. We make our own garlic aioli, mayo, spicy burger sauce & tzatziki. We use rice bran oil in our fryers and in the aioli, mayo & house salad dressing. But we did, round midnight. We've just had a quick supply stop @ Esperance & K Almost had a heart attack at "all the people, pushing shoving, yuck, let's get away n camp up the road" Guna check out Salmon Gums for a bite & then plan for Norseman tonight. All of our beef burger patty's are hand made fresh each week. It takes us 4-6 hours to process the beautiful fresh beef supplied by Plantagenet Butchers. We then mince the beef ourselves and press each patty by hand, one at a time Now you know why it gives us so much pleasure to see these beauties enjoyed fresh & hot on a plate, served to your table in our dining room on Saturday nights. 12.01.2022 Let's talk about the Saturday dine in menu.... Ready... This week's catch from Southern Seafoods are sweet juicy Tiger Prawns. With a splash of Brandy, our garlic creamy prawns are so morish, you will want a spoon to finish it off! Kosta balls... Hand made, bite size, beef meatballs crumbed and deep fried golden... So good dipped into our house made sauces...... D makes our Tzatziki LOADED with garlic. Yum Spicy chicken wings... Who loves a good buffalo wing? D makes the Buffalo sauce super spicy and sweet. Paired with our in house, fresh made, blue cheese dressing. Steak or chicken? Surf n Turf. How about a juicy T-bone cooked perfectly over our flame grill and topped with prawns & K's amazing garlic sauce. OMG! So goooooooood!! Chicken Parma... Nice and easy, fresh breast, Marinated then hand crumbed. Topped with D's house made Greek Red Sauce and lots of melty cheese served in a mountain of chips and a crispy salad on the side.... Using D's house made salad dressing. Hmmmm, noticing a theme about sauces yet? We make so many sauces ourselves, fresh each weekend for your enjoyment... Our Garlic Aioli is such a hit, D makes up a new bottle each day! Have you noticed how creamy it is? We use Rice Bran Oil in all of our cooking. That's the secret Dont just take our word for it..... The time zones gave us a little grief, especially when 3 devices all give you different times!!??. The girls are happy in their backseat. 09.01.2022 Hey gang, I hope your week has started off well. Just an update... We've just hit the 90 mile straight... It's 37 degrees, windows down (Suzie's farts are deadly today!) Have had an eventful trip so far, ran out of fuel 5kms out from Salmon Gums then a flat battery starting the mighty twiton....... Lucky were still in WA, within 10 mins K had lift into SG and back again with fuel then 5 mins another fella stopped and jump started us... WA. Gotta lova ya.... Me thinks it's a sign... Anyway, stopped at Norseman for the night... OMG it's HOT AND HUMID ALREADY!!! Slept with all the windows open for the first time in 18 months! Yuk! Really missing Kendenup today!
