11.01.2022 WHAT A GREAT DAY EARTH MUMMA HAD YESTERDAY!! Still buzzing from the experience of yesterday's market at Lardner park, I'm stoked with how my work was received. Found so many people stop and look confused as they tried to work out how I managed to make tiny little "trees" in my products. Some thought I was most patient person in the world and did it by hand (mmmm - not likely), and others thought I stencilled it on. ... Either way, watching their faces look amazed and sorta scared for me when I told them I electrocute it with battery clamps was priceless. haha I had a great day selling my products but still have some left over. If your in the neighbourhood, pop down, grab a great coffee and check out some boxes I put at 3 Little Birds Café. Also over the next few days I will be posting items that are complete and ready to find new homes. Stay tuned. But right now I'll say night all, think I'll try and get some sleep.......maybe

11.01.2022 Getting sorted for a "Train Your Teenage Brain" session with T'gon Secondary College tomorrow. In my basket of goodies are word search and cross words all about our brains and cool facts to share with the kids. But best of all are my crocheted dendrite and brains that can show the kids how we can "flip our lid", deactivating our rational, logical part of our brain, (the frontal cortex) and act or react from the animal or fight, flight or freeze part of our brain. Huge thanks to Fairlie from Yarnee Creations for getting into MY brain and creating such great visual educational tools for me to use. Tomorrows gunna be a great day for Earth Mumma, so excited
