04.01.2022 Spread the word and have a guilt free long weekend! Did you know Dark Chocolate (note: with 70% or higher cocoa content) may contribute to the maintenance of skin health? A growing body of scientific evidence is becoming available to support that cocoa with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory activities may protect against sun-induced damage, improve blood flow to the skin and increase skin hydration. Cocoa may also be beneficial for the prevention of skin diseases. But of course, this means a square or two after dinner not a basket full!

03.01.2022 With cold weather on the way, how do we keep our skin soft and smooth? Add moisture back into the skin with a good moisturiser especially after your shower/bath. Choose a lotion containing a humectant such as a Glycerin which will attract moisture to the skin.
