25.01.2022 COVID-19 AND DELIVERY OF LEGAL SERVICES At Kennedy & Cooke Lawyers/South Coast Conveyancing we have taken steps to ensure that the health and safety of our st...aff, clients and community are prioritised while continuing to provide essential advice, representation and legal services. To facilitate continued service to our clients we have taken the following steps to attempt to minimise the effect of the pandemic on our operations: - We have invested in resources to enable our staff to work from home and continue to invest to increase our work from home capabilities. - We have minimised face to face contact by offering teleconference and video conferencing to all existing and new clients. - We have advised our clients, staff and other community members not to attend our offices if they are experiencing flu like symptoms, have been overseas in the past 14 days, have been in contact with someone who has been overseas in the past 14 days or been in contact with someone suspected to have COVID-19; - We have spacious offices that maintain comfortable working distances for staff and clients, coupled with increased cleaning and disinfecting protocols in the workplace. We will be posting updates to our website at www.kennedycooke.com.au regarding Court closures and other matters that may affect our clients. Our lawyers remain available to assist with all legal matters so please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your situation and tailor a solution in these challenging times. As the situation continues to evolve, we will continue to review our response in line with the health and government advice.

24.01.2022 We are human... we feel, we have emotions, we express (or we surpress for later) and one of our core needs as a human is Certainty. Do you know in a world that... is so uncertain there is someone that can give it back to you. Do you know that person is you We ultimately are responsible for giving ourselves certainty. We do that by managing and owning who we are and how we show up everyday, we be grateful for what we have and who we have in our life. We live our values and understand who we are. We give ourselves permission to do things that are scary and uncomfortable because there is beauty in imperfection. We manage our emotional reactivity by understanding the only person we are responsible for is ourself and that we are not responsible for others. They are We learn lessons and grow and have freedom to be whoever the hell we want to be.... we just need to choose. How do we get certainty? We decide This is my gift to you and anyone that wants it, share to all you friends, family, work colleges, neighbours.... pets Send to someone that you know that might be struggling right now and let them know they arent alone. They’ve got this. We’ve got this
