09.01.2022 Ever wake up feeling a bit dusty Saturday mornings at KC? We've got the perfect remedy for you. Join Lou Ilett Yoga to shake away those Friday night cobwebs. Whether you were early to bed or saw the sun rise, this session will recenter and ground you before another day of sweet tunes in the South West bush. Some mats provided but feel free to bring your own and make sure to wear loose fitting, comfy clothes. Lou will start us off slow and chill, then get us moving a little with a yin/yang style session. Come breathe in that fresh country air and set up your Saturday in the best way possible! Mmmmm.
