04.01.2022 {It takes a Village} When people ask me what I love most about living in the Bush, the answer is pretty simple. It’s the people we’re surrounded by that makes it such an easy choice. Our family, our friends and our community - our village! . You see, a few weeks ago now Mr KTL had a serious accident that required a couple of surgeries and a hospital staycation away from home. A very lucky outcome for a not so lucky situation. ... It was tough, but our village has made it easy. Care packages, lunch box snacks made, dinners sent out on the school bus. Saturday sport attended, bathroom reno complete, I haven’t done a single load of washing in weeks and someone is still on roatation to sleep with Lola (who at three hasn’t mastered the art of sleeping alone). Happy, Healthy Kids, surrounded by the best people . The farm runs, the rain has poured and crops are growing Oh and your parcels - someone else did that too! . With my 2IC taking charge from the lounge for the next couple of months, we’ll be back to the swing of things in no time, shooting for spring/summer next week! . And just because we Kennedy’s don’t do things by halves. We’re welcoming a new baby in December.
