15.01.2022 Evening All, I hope that all our Dad's had a wonderful Father's Day. I have received confirmation from DET outlining what school will look like moving forward. Here are the key points. - All schools will continue to provide remote and flexible learning for the remainder of Term 3, except specialist schools in rural and regional Victoria, consistent with current settings. - These changes remain subject to the advice of Victoria’s Chief Health Officer.... 5 9 October (first week of Term 4) - Remote and flexible Learning will continue for all students, except in specialist schools in rural and regional Victoria. From October 12 - All students (from Prep to Year 12) return to full-time on-site schooling by Friday 16 October. Schools can stagger the return of different year levels as appropriate during this week. This decision can be made by individual schools or networks/clusters of schools. Cheers, Trav

10.01.2022 Dear Families, Thanks again for a wonderful week of learning at Kennington Primary School. Below is a link for this weeks assembly.... Important Information Grade 4, 5 & 6 PGL Camp Campaspe Downs We are very excited that our students from Grades 4, 5 & 6 leave for camp on Monday morning. A reminder to all families that due to our campers leaving around the same time that school drop off is, there will be more traffic than usual. Given this we have decided to open the bottom gate at the Crook Street entrance to allow only our camping families to park on the grass near the top oval to drop their children off in the morning. If you are a usual user of the roundabout to drop your children off in the mornings please be aware of this, and please be cautious when entering and exiting from Crook Street. Grade 3 Billabong Ranch Camp A reminder to our Grade 3 families that if you haven't already done so please complete the necessary forms and payments via Sentral. Please contact the office if you are experiencing issues with Sentral. Adult attendance onsite A reminder that with the current COVID restrictions in place, adult attendance onsite must be only for essential needs. If you do need to come on site please contact the main office on 5443 2011 prior to your attendance. Reading at Home A reminder to all families that it is important that your child reads every night at home. Once they have read, please get you child to log their reading into their reading diary or on their virtual diary (grade 5 & 6). Cheers, Trav https://youtu.be/BY4wGInK5q4
