25.01.2022 Morning Kenny’s Roofing Fans! We hope you all had an awesome Weekend It was another busy week for the Kenny’s Roofing Team last week, seeing them tending to Roofs & Gutters from Cooloongup to Halls Head. The week started in Cooloongup WA 6168, with a gutter replacement in the colour ‘Surf Mist’. ... The Kenny’s Roofing Team then moved on to Madora Bay WA 6210, for a leak detection. * The initial leak was coming through the clients Garage, which was found to be caused from over flowing Valley Trays. Our Team sarked the area to stop it leaking & resealed the Valley Trays. Next was a Repoint & Broken Tile Repair in Halls Head WA 6210. The end of week seen our Team Finishing up in Waikiki WA 6169, with two seperate jobs. * The first was a storm damaged Roof where the clients Ridge Caps had come off. Our Team fixed up the broken ridge caps, replaced the broken tiles & made the Roof Water Tight ready to come back later this week to complete a Full Repoint. * The second was a Leak Repair where our client had numerous leaks coming from the Roof & Patio Gutter as well as a leaky Down Pipe. The guys put capping over the dual gutter to stop it from leaking, resealed the down pipe, replaced a rusted Valley Tray & changed all broken tiles. 12.01.2022 Another work week done and dusted for the team at Kenny’s Roofing! We hope everyone is as excited for the weekend as we are! If your looking for something to do this weekend we recommend you head down & check out the Boat, Caravan, 4wd & Camping show. There’s lots of fun to be had by all Here are some snaps of a few of our recent jobs completed in & around the Mandurah area.... The first pics are of the Kenny’s Roofing team replacing a rusted out section of box gutter. The section of box gutter was replaced with a new custom one. This was completed at Tint a Car Rockingham. The next couple of pics are of our completed job at Pedders Suspension - Mandurah. This was a leak issue found to be coming from dented trim deck sheets & incorrectly sealed flashing. As a result this caused the water to run back into the ceilings. And lastly another leak issue found to be coming from a secret valley tray which could not handle the load coming from a second story down pipe. This was then causing an overflow back into the ceilings. The Kenny’s Roofing team replace the valley tray with an oversized one & resarked the area as the original sark was damaged & sagging. It was a long hard week for the guys but they smashed it out & the results are absolutely Incredible.
