09.01.2022 WE NEED YOUR HELP....Over the past few nights starting from about Wednesday last week there have been numerous dog attacks on the miniature horses stabled in Water street near Kalka Shades Hockey. The worst attacks happen on Saturday night with 2 12 week old foals attacked and requiring vetenery attention for large gashes & bite marks. Win TV & The Morning Bulletin have reported on the attacks today. Concerns are these dogs now have a taste of blood and have been returning. Council have advised they are unable to set dog traps and can only act on sightings. If you see any stray dogs in the area, please try and photograph them and advise Council. Please help in stopping these attacks as this could escalate to our children playing in the streets. Many thanks.
