19.01.2022 Strip out the kitchenette in a Bunbury rental and replace with Kaboodle cabinets, new appliances, sink and fittings. Ironically, I’m back to do this job again after the tenant abandoned the property, leaving damage and a small petrol fire following a break in while abandoned.

09.01.2022 Partial chimney demolition and roof over fire space in preparation for kitchen renovation (by owner). This house will eventually be re-cladded and the roofing replaced.

09.01.2022 Slave labour. When Mum is busy and Dad has to care for the kids. The lime based ‘hard wall’ plaster was never sealed, the result being that paint peels off like wall paper.
