24.01.2022 We’ve missed you all and when travel and inter-state flights resume we’re ready to welcome you back to Kensington. We have two property options offering a room and a whole of house if you have family travelling together. We have implemented and will continue all the cleaning recommendations to maximise the health of all. Until then, keep safe and plan for future travel, especially those of you who stay with us to visit your grandchildren, we’re missing our 1 and 3yr olds also.

15.01.2022 I enjoyed a long Saturday Spring walk through the historic Newmarket Saleyards Stockmans Way to the Maribyrnong River, across the stock bridge to Newells Wetland Park where water birds have made their home. Back along the river and past Blackbird River Cruise ferry to the Happy Fish Café at the Footscray Community Arts Centre for coffee and cake. Crossing Dynon Rd Bridge my return walk took me along the eastern bank of the river and the fabulous 150 metre mural on the ...fence Maribyrnong River Mural I returned via the Womens Peace Garden where I enjoyed the last of the afternoons sunshine and reflected on what a diverse and interesting environment we have at our doorstep.
