Please wait outside. (observing social distancing) 3. A vet will come out, take the history and take your pet in for a consultation by themselves. 4. When the consult is completed, a nurse will come out with the EFTPOS machine for payment. 21.01.2022 NEW POST In the best interests of our patients, we have decided to start offering desexing and adult vaccinations again from Monday next week, now that the restrictions are easing. Extended delay of both of these services may result in deleterious outcomes for our patients. Until things ease up a little more, we will still be restricting clients access to our clinic.... We will still be asking you to wait outside, phone us on arrival and we will come and get your pet from you, get a history and then take your pet in for and examination. We are still requesting only 1 person in the waiting room at a time and please use the hand sanitiser when you come in. To meet the anticipated need for extra appointments, we have put on extra staff for the next couple of weeks. As before, please be patient if we are running behind - in order to keep our clients and staff safe we are still doing extra cleaning and this may slow us down a little. Finally - thank you to all of our lovely clients who have supported our business and been very understanding as we have tried to manage to keep our services going through difficult times, while keeping everyone safe.

08.01.2022 Happy Vet Nurse Day to our amazing nurses at Kensington Vet Clinic, we thank you for all your hard work and hope you have a great day!

05.01.2022 COVID -19 Update Due to the declaration of a state of disaster by the State Government, we have decided to temporarily suspend appointments for adult vaccinations and desexing. We are still vaccinating puppies and kittens. Adult vaccinations can be safely delayed for this period of time without compromising your pet's immunity.... We will also be closing 1 hour early on Mondays and Wednesdays- at 7pm - so our staff can return home before the curfew. The remainder of our opening hours are unchanged. It is our hope that this will only last for 6 weeks and we will again be able to offer these services for you soon. We are still available to meet all of your pets other needs during this time. Please remember that we request only 1 person comes to every appointment as we have limited space for waiting out the front of the clinic. You may also wait in your car and we can come and get you when it is your appointment. Please phone to let us know you are here. We will take a history and then take your pet from you for treatment. Please remember only one person in the waiting room at a time. Finally we would ask you to be patient and kind to our staff. Providing our services while keeping our staff safe creates new challenges for us and we maybe running a little behind. We would ask for your patience and we will get to you as soon as possible.
