24.01.2022 Hi Kenthurst, We have a situation at the shop today where our air conditioning has failed. Currently were in the process of trying to have it repaired. If we dont succeed then it seems unlikely that we will be open for business tonight. Ive come to that decision since the temperature outside is forecast to be above 40 degrees, there is fire smoke settling inside the shop, and the cool change isnt expected until late evening. All of these factors as well as the spike in t...he inside temp once our pizza oven is on will contribute to very difficult working conditions for myself and my staff. 23.01.2022 Hi everyone! Just letting you all know we will be closed this Easter long weekend. Our last day of trading will be Thursday 18th April, and we will reopen as usual on Tuesday 23rd April. 22.01.2022 Hi everyone! There is currently work being done on the Telstra exchange on Kenthurst road, and as a result, our services are disrupted. We are operating with only one phone line instead of two, and our eftpos facilities are down. Were not sure if the services will be restored by this evening, but just in case, please keep in mind we can only accept cash payments for tonight.... Apologies for the inconvenience! We will update you further when info comes in!

22.01.2022 Hi Kenthurst! Please be advised that, due to the wild weather we had this past Sunday, we are currently down to one phone line, and our EFTPOS is currently very temperamental. To make it smoother for you, please try and have cash on hand to complete the transactions in store, in case the EFTPOS doesnt work. Thanks, and sorry for the inconvenience. Lines are estimated to be fixed by Wednesday 12th February.

19.01.2022 Hi Kenthurst, As you might all be aware, the Government has begun to ease restrictions and allow restaurants & cafes to operate dine-in services with a maximum of 10 patrons at any one time, from this Friday 15th May. With careful consideration, we have decided NOT to reinstate this service at this point in time. Although, as a community and in the general public, we seem to be heading in the right direction, we believe there are still risks associated in doing so, and takin...g into account the fact that we are heading into the colder months where the prevalence of the cold & flu may be more noticeable, it is not only the presence of COVID-19 that concerns us as a small business, but also the general cold and flu itself, where if any one of us falls ill (even with just a cold or flu), we would still be required to close while our staff undergo testing for COVID-19. As we have always been primarily reliant on take-away & home delivery, we will still continue to operate in this way, and delay reinstating dine-in services until further notice. We understand this may not be what some of you are hoping for, but the safety of our staff, and the general public, is always our number one priority. Take care and thank you for your understanding!

While the situation surrounding the Coronavirus in NSW seems to be under control, we are still facing the threat of a second wave. At this point in time, we will still be operating with the limited seating available in store, however please keep in mind we may discontinue this service if we feel it's in our best interest to do so, regardless of whether the state allows us to continue. NOTE: By law, If you cho...ose to dine in, you must leave your details for contact tracing purposes, if you refuse to do so, your only option will be to take-away. Remember, if you don't feel well, or require to self-isolate, please DO NOT come in store. Our contactless home delivery option is always available, just call and enquire with our staff. In light of recent events surrounding the Coronavirus pandemic, and the heightened recommendations to undertake social isolation and distancing, we would like to inform you of several important things: As always, we are taking the utmost care in maintaining our usual high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, both in store, and at an individual level. Virus, or no virus, this will never change.... We are currently OPEN and trading as usual, as permitted, although keep in mind this may change at very short notice. NO DINE-IN SERVICES in effect immediately, for the foreseeable future. We are only providing take-away & home delivery services at this time. We understand how frustrating this may be, and are therefore WAIVING OUR $30 MINIMUM SPEND for home deliveries (although, as usual, delivery fees may still apply subject to distance). If you are not feeling well, or have come in close contact with someone who may also not be feeling well, or has tested positive for the virus, which requires you to self-isolate, please DO NOT come in store, or arrange for a pick-up order. Instead, take advantage of our home delivery service, and please inform our staff of your concern and/or condition to help us take appropriate measures and minimise the risk to the staff. We will approach each circumstance on a case-by-case basis. Please accept our apologies in advance if whatever you would like to order is not available. Due to incredible volumes of bulk-buying and difficulty in stock ordering, not all our ingredients may be available at any given time. We will do our best to accomodate you otherwise. 09.01.2022 Hey everyone We’re back & cooking again from today @ 5pm. We hope everyone has had a nice break. Just a few things to note to make sure we’re all on the same page regarding restrictions and regulations: Please remember to adhere to the social distancing measures in place to keep us all safe, and although it is not mandatory for you to wear a mask when visiting our store to pick up your order, we recommend that you do, where possible.... Now that the NSW Government has reverted back to the 4sqm rule for guests wanting to dine in, this allows us a maximum of 8 guests dining in at any one time (including children). Every guest (including children and infants) must check in by scanning the QR code upon entry to the store and, for your convenience, please have the Service NSW app installed on your smartphone. If you do not have the app, you may still scan the code, and use the webform. If you do not have a smart phone, please alert our staff and we can check you in on our behalf. We know the rules change often and we thank you for your patience. Looking forward to see you all again!
