25.01.2022 It is a beautiful day in Ferntree Gully this morning! Kent Park Estate is a hive of activity for you to explore and support your local community. Follow the f...lags, grab a map and happy buying and selling! There is a coffee van driving around the estate in the morning and from 10am there will be a sausage sizzle at Kent Park with all proceeds going to Finnan's Gift for the Royal Children's Hospital.

12.01.2022 Come and support these budding entrepreneurs! 3 Fiona Crt & 56 Dobson St have homemade cookies baked by these talented children and they smelt amazing! Amy from 53 Carlisle Rd has her own table of goods set up to help her raise funds to change the decor in her room.

03.01.2022 The 2nd Annual Kent Park Community Garage Sale has concluded, and again with great feedback from sellers, buyers and visitors alike. Last year when this was held for the first time, it was a very unique and successful community event that created an unprecedented buzz with the locals all looking forward to the next time. Trish Davie of Ray White Ferntree Gully extended an invite to all the residents of the Kent Park Estate to hold a garage sale at their own homes on the same... day and this year Kent Park Primary School joined in with a car boot sale on their premises. We were lucky enough that Melbourne supplied a beautiful Spring day for us and there were hundreds of shoppers from all over Melbourne after the interest in this unique event reached fever point. The whole estate was a hive of activity with garage sale pointer boards on the main entrances, balloons and bunting at each of the houses participating and Trish also organised a charity sausage sizzle in the centre of the estate for the hungry masses.
