24.01.2022 We had such an overwhelmingly positive response, and we’re so happy to see how talented our wonderful students are. It wasn’t easy picking the winners. Congratulations to 1- Vinicius Silva (bagging the first prize $100 voucher)... 2- Chelsie Paras ($75 voucher) 3- Xuan Ouyang ($50 voucher) And thank you to everyone who participated in our first Talent Show! 16.01.2022 Learn how to #surf this #summer! Your #KentSTSRC have once again banded together and this time organised a surf and beach day.... Come and learn how to hang 10 at #MaroubraBeach for just $30 (RRP $50). You can get to Maroubra beach via public transport easily from Central Station as per the photo below, the bus will drop you right outside the surf place. Otherwise parking is available near the beach. The lessons start at 12pm so make sure you arrive before that to avoid missing out as there will be no refunds. Check the link in our bio If you don't want to jump in the surf, come along for a beach-day anyway! BYO food and drinks to have a picnic afterwards. Please also remember to bring sunscreen and plenty of water as it can get hot in the Australian sun!

04.01.2022 We hope you’re having a wonderful World Day for Cultural Diversity! Let’s show off with two amazing entries from you Rajeefkumar shares a piece of Sri Lankan Tamil culture; Pongal. One of the important Hindu Harvest-festivals, which is celebrated around mid-January over multiple-days. The term 'pongal' in Tamil means "to boil", beautifully honoured in the photos. Thanks Rajeefkumar!... And from India, Pranali brings us some gorgeous traditional wear. The first being in honour of the 5-day Diwali festival, the Hindu festival of lights. And the second, a chaniya choli Pranali wore for her Garba performance in celebration of Navratri. Thanks Pranali!
