15.01.2022 The State Commission Assessment Panel (SCAP) is the body that has made the important development assessment decisions such as The Peregrine headquarters, Norwoo...d Green and the taller buildings along The Parade. It will make any decision about helicopter pad on top of the Peregrine building. Here's a chance to find out a bit about it. The article quotes Michael Lennon in saying that if you don't like the decisions, then change the rules under which the decisions a made, i.e. the Planning and Development Code. But the rules didn't prevent SCAP approving the 7 storey Peregrine headquarters in a zone where buildings were meant to be limited to 2 storeys. See more
