15.01.2022 Antiquing work carried out on some replacement parts for Garry's 1920s Ludwig Black Beauty. Plating and lacquer scuffed back and patina treatment applied to copper lever, brass fastener, tension washers and hoop hooks. This was followed by some light distressing work, adding some marring and a fastener footprint to the lever and finally polishing of the contact area at the lever's tip. Thanks to Scott at Olympic drums for his beautiful reproduction parts. - From your authorised Ludwig Drums service centre
