03.01.2022 A few years ago I became aware of Anthony Stanislavski's captivating brush playing when he purchased a Kentville Drums - Kangaroo Hide Drumheads medium gauge head and began posting videos of his sublime technique on social media. Today I'm filled with a great sense of pride as I see Anthony, a fellow Australian, release his book "Phrasing and Freedom With Brushes". This is a clear and comprehensive educational book with accompanying video and audio that I have little doubt wi...ll go on to stand beside some of the great drum books that many of us around the world have studied out of over the years. I'm honoured to have Anthony choose Kentville Kangaroo Hide Heads as his preferred brush playing drumheads and to see them frequently represented in this beautifully laid out book.
